Before your first class, we will sit down and set measurable goals to help you visualize your outcomes and lay out the steps to accomplish them.

Our classes have a great mix of beginners and veterans. During your 6-Week Challenge, you will train with students with similar skill levels, and have veteran coaches to guide you along the way. This combination of training partners and mentors will accelerate your learning over the course of the challenge.
3 Classes Available Each Week
Monday - Wednesday 5-6 pm.
Learn fundamental positions, basic submissions, jiu-jitsu vocab, and Grindhouse gym etiquette.
2 Classes Available Each Week
Monday & Tuesday 6-7 pm.
Learn hand wrapping, basic footwork, striking fundamentals, and striking combinations.
2 Classes Available Each Week
Monday & Wednesday 7-8 pm.
Learn hand wrapping, kicking fundamentals, punching fundamentals, basic clinch control, and combinations.
You can begin the challenge at the start of every week.
No. We know people have busy lives. To complete the challenge, you only need to complete 12 classes (average of 2 per week) over the course of the challenge.
No. We recommend that you do both, but if you are interested in striking or grappling exclusively, you are welcome to pick one.
